SwipeAway is developed and maintained by Anthony Christodoulou (auto-entrepreneur, France). Contact: developer.com

2. Data we collect

SwipeAway accesses your photo library solely to display photos for sorting. We do not upload, store, or transmit your photos to any server.

  • Photos: Read locally on your device only. Never uploaded anywhere.
  • Session data: Which photos you've already sorted, stored locally on your device via SharedPreferences.
  • Purchase status: Managed by RevenueCat to validate your one-time purchase. See RevenueCat's privacy policy for details.
  • Advertising data: If you use the free version, Google AdMob may collect device advertising identifiers. See Google's privacy policy for details.

3. Data we do NOT collect

  • We do not collect your name, email, or any personal information
  • We do not create user accounts
  • We do not track your location
  • We do not sell any data to third parties
  • We do not store your photos on any server

5. Permissions

  • READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Required to display your photos for sorting. Photos are never uploaded.
  • INTERNET: Required for ads (free version) and purchase validation.

6. Data retention & deletion

All session data is stored locally on your device. You can reset it at any time from the app (Settings → Reset session). Uninstalling the app removes all local data.

7. Children's privacy

SwipeAway is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Your rights (GDPR)

As we collect no personal data on our servers, there is nothing to access, export, or delete on our end. For data held by AdMob or RevenueCat, please contact those services directly or use your device's advertising settings to limit tracking.
